RC CO LLC (operating as LedgerFast.ai) offers a 60-day money-back guarantee: if LedgerFast doesn't make your life easier in the first 60 days, we'll refund you. No questions. Request a full refund within 60 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@ledgerfastai.com with your order email and we will process the refund through our payment provider (Stripe).

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from your account or contact support. Monthly cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. Annual Done-For-You and Books + Collect memberships include 2 months free and a prorated refund for the unused portion of the annual term when you cancel; contact support to request it. Within the first 60 days, the money-back guarantee provides a full refund instead.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
