30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

RC CO LLC (operating as LedgerFast.ai) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including one-time assessments and subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
• Email us at support@ledgerfastai.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future billing. If you cancel within 30 days of a charge and have not received substantial service from that billing period, you are eligible for a full refund of that charge under the 30-day guarantee above.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically issued by Paddle to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
