RC CO LLC (operating as LedgerFast.ai) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including one-time assessments and subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@ledgerfastai.com with your order email and we will process the refund through our payment provider (Stripe).

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 30 days of a charge and have not received substantial service from that billing period, you are eligible for a full refund of that charge under the 30-day guarantee above.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
