Terms of Service

By using LedgerFast.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LedgerFast.ai provides AI-assisted bookkeeping organization and business diagnostic reports. The Service is for business management purposes only and is not a substitute for a licensed CPA, enrolled agent, or tax professional.

2. Not a CPA Firm

LedgerFast.ai is not a licensed certified public accounting firm. We do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, tax advice, audit, attest, or certified financial statement services. Reports are for internal management use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your first month is included at no charge. Billing begins on the second month. You may cancel at any time from your account portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all documents and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data to deliver the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit fraudulent, unlawful, or third-party data you are not authorized to share, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated insights may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerFast.ai's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
