Terms of Service

LedgerFast.ai ("the Service") is operated by RC CO LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LedgerFast.ai provides AI-assisted bookkeeping organization and business diagnostic reports. The Service is for business management purposes only and is not a substitute for a licensed CPA, enrolled agent, or tax professional.

2. Not a CPA Firm

LedgerFast.ai is not a licensed certified public accounting firm. We do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, tax advice, audit, attest, or certified financial statement services. Reports are for internal management use.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe, our payment processor. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3a. Payment Processing & Taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. For eligible transactions, Stripe calculates and collects applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout. For payment, billing, tax, and dispute mechanics, please refer to Stripe's Services Agreement.

3b. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including assessments and subscription plans. To request a refund within 30 days of your order, email support@ledgerfastai.com. See our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all documents and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data to deliver the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit fraudulent, unlawful, or third-party data you are not authorized to share, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated insights may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerFast.ai's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

10. Agency and Multi-Client Use

Bookkeepers, accountants, and financial service providers who access the Service on behalf of multiple clients ("Agency Users") must ensure each client whose data is processed through the Service has consented to that processing.

Agency Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate client agreements and data processing consent. LedgerFast.ai is not responsible for Agency Users' compliance with their own client obligations.
